Trading issues
A pending, failed or refunded trade. Include the token, amount and transaction signature from your Activity page.
Developer and API support
Keys, rate limits or endpoint behaviour. Include the request ID from the response. Never share a full API key.
Privacy enquiries
Questions about your data or a request to access, correct or delete it. We may ask you to sign a message with your connected wallet to verify it.

Security reports
A vulnerability in the website, API or trading wallets. Share only what is needed to reproduce it, and do not access other users’ data.
Privy will never ask for your recovery phrase or private keys, and will never ask you to send funds to resolve an issue. Treat any message that does as a scam.
